Struggling to fit into her clothes, Theodora decided enough was enough and set out to make a change.
The slimmer knew fad diets didn't work for her, so she set out to completely change her lifestyle and learn about nutrition.
Theodora signed up for her local F45 studio, Manchester Northern Quarter, and took part in the F45 Challenge.
F45 is a class based gym that runs 45 minute classes.
What is done in each class changes daily but it combines cardio and weighted workouts.
The description reads: "At F45 our functional full body workouts are both result driver and fun because you're not doing it alone.
"Whether you want to drop fat or improve body composition, build strength or learn new skills, your F45 studio coach will customise a Challenge training plan that works for you."
The Challenge is offered seasonally and those taking part work on their fitness and look at their eating habits.

Theodora followed an F45 meal plan which included high protein meals, plenty of water and she reduced her coffee intake.
Doing this alongside a mix of cardio and strength classes helped her drop around 3st.
The dieter also noticed herself feeling stronger, happier and healthier.
She has stuck with the training plan and is looking to take part in her third F45 Challenge.
