One woman got into the best shape of her life after losing more than three stone in seven months.
The healthy transformation began in October 2020 and she has been successful in keeping the weight off.
Maria Fox, 52, decided to overhaul her lifestyle after suffering a blood clot and experiencing symptoms of heart problems.
She decided to purchase a Lumen - a portable device that measures the metabolism and helps slimmers lose weight and burn fat.

Within two months, Maria had lost more than a stone and the weight continued to fall off as she followed her new diet and fitness plan.
She would take part in strength training three times a week on top of cycling.
The slimmer also made an effort to manage her stress and would make sure to get plenty of sleep and meditate.
In just over half a year, Maria achieved a 3st 8lb transformation and slimmed down to a healthy size 10.
She said: "I am now a size 10, which was beyond any of my dreams, with a BMI of around 23.
"All of my acute physical and mental health symptoms have disappeared.
“So much so the cardiologist discharged me back to the local doctor, credited my health recovery to my change in lifestyle and nutrition, and said the interventions planned were no longer necessary.”
Maria was able to track her metabolic flexibility using the Lumen and noticed her score dramatically improved.

She increased from a low/medium score of 8 up to a score of 19/20.
According to Lumen, the more metabolically flexible you become the easier it will be to lose weight, maintain weight loss and increase muscle mass, among other things.
