Walkers has revealed the latest addition to its fan-favourite selection of crisps and fans are delighted.
The long-awaited Smokin BBQ Sauce will become a permanent flavour due to popular demand, Walkers have confirmed.
This makes it the latest addition to Walkers' core range, which includes Cheese & Onion and Salt & Vinegar.
Stephanie Herbert, Marketing Senior Brand Manager from Walkers, said: “For years, Walkers fans have been calling out for a BBQ flavour to join our core range.

“We’ve heard those calls loud and clear so we can’t wait for crisp lovers nationwide to try out the brand-new Walks Smokin’ BBQ Sauce flavour!”
A Walkers fan named Josh Tebbutt shared news of the latest flavour on Facebook.
He shared a post shared by Herons Food in the group Food Finds UK Official, which read: “The most requested flavour and a BEST SELLER in Europe!! Who’s running to the store to get their hands on these.”
The post racked up more than 241 likes and 242 comments, with one user writing: “Please yes yes yes”.
Others tagged loved ones in the comments to share the exciting news with some labelling the flavour “the best ones”.
“These are lush,” wrote one shopper, while another quipped: “My prayers have been answered.”
“Banging” added another Facebook user.
Others struggled to get on board with the latest variation, with one claiming “they taste like they just washed them with some BBQ water”.
The launch comes weeks after Walkers announced their collaboration with Heinz.
The famous food companies took to Instagram to unveil their debut with a new savoury snack and fans were delighted.

The flavours garnered a lot of attention on social media but the reviews were mixed.
One excited foodie asked: “Where will they be stocked please and how soon? Cannot wait to try the cheese toastie flavour.”
Another commented: “Can’t wait to try!” with a third person chiming in: “I need to pop to the shop.
One eager fan described the flavours as a “need”, while another crip enthusiast wrote: “Ooooo, I am very, very excited about these.”
