Paris has more than 80 tattoos, including a number on both arms and her stomach, but they were all covered up for her classic look last night.
She did this in collaboration with vegan make-up brand Cover FX and said the brand "meant business" in a post on her Instagram page.
Paris completed her look with large hoop earrings and a delicate black and gold bracelet on her wrist.
She carried a small black leather bag as she walked the red carpet wearing a pair of black strappy heels.
Paris highlighted her natural beauty with minimal make-up, including nude eyeshadow and a clear lip gloss.
Her long mousy brown hair was down with a slight curl through it and she wore it swept to the side.
The GRAMMYs was attended by huge names in music including Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo and Billie Eilish.
