The right sunglasses can complete an outfit, frame your face and even help you look years younger.
Speaking exclusively to GB News, an expert shared what frames to reach for depending on your face shape.
Oval face
Those with an oval face can get away with a variety of styles, according to co-founder of Cheyyn Ali Azimi.
He said: "If you have an oval face shape, it means that you have balanced facial proportions with a slightly curved jawline that is narrower than your forehead. While you can pull off almost any style of glasses, here are my top choices."
Sunglasses: Round, oversized frames, aviators, cat-eye and D-frame styles.
Eyeglasses: Rectangle, square and cat-eye frames.
The best sunglasses depends on your face shape
PARound face
Ali said: "If you have a round face shape, you have full cheeks, a rounded chin and you have approximately equal facial width and length."
Sunglasses: Square or rectangular frames with sharp edges to add angles.
Eyeglasses: Rectangle, square and narrow frames create a more defined look.
Square face
"If you have a square face shape with a strong jawline, a broad forehead and defined cheekbones, try these glasses."
Sunglasses: Round and oval frames to soften angular features.
Eyeglasses: Round shapes, aviators and cat-eye frames to add softness, curves and balance.
Heart-shaped face
"For a heart-shaped face with a wide forehead, narrow chin and prominent cheekbones, try these shapes," the expert added.
Sunglasses: Aviators, cat-eye frames that mimic the face shape and round frames for balance.
Eyeglasses: Rectangle, cat-eye and geometric frames to balance the forehead and chin.
Diamond face
Ali continued: "People with diamond face shapes have a narrow forehead and chin, and wide cheekbones."
Sunglasses: Cat-eye, oval, rectangular and top-heavy browline frames will balance cheekbones.
Eyeglasses: Oval, rimless and cat-eye frames to soften angular features.
Oversized styles are good for rectangular faces
