An number of Iceland stores have closed this month
Iceland has shared one more store will close for good next month.
Three stores have already closed this month and many more have closed this year.
The latest store confirmed to shut will do so in five weeks, on October 28.
This will be the Trinity Street, Huddersfield branch, with shoppers encouraged to go to nearby locations.
An Iceland spokesperson said: “The Trinity Street, Huddersfield store is due to close on October 28, we anticipate many of our customers will instead choose to shop at the nearby Food Warehouse on Great Northern Retail Park.
“We typically open more than 20 new stores each year, creating many new jobs and contributing to the growth of local economies.
"At the same time, we continually review the retail experience offered to our customers and have always made a small number of store closures every year, as local shopping patterns change and shop leases expire."
The retailer explained it is continually monitoring its stores and opening and shutting branches where fit.
Two locations, Market Shopping Centre, Crewe and Grange Road, Birkenhead both shut on Sunday, September 16.
The location in Llanelli, Wales closed for good on September 2.
This comes as Costa Coffee permanently closed one branch earlier this month.
Supermarket giant Tesco has also closed two stores for good in September.
