Youthful, wrinkle-free skin is a desire for many women but not everyone knows where to start.
Speaking exclusively to GB News, skin care expert Rebecca Elsdon, explained how women can reduce wrinkles and maintain a youthful appearance.
She said: "Reducing wrinkles requires a holistic approach, incorporating skin care, professional treatments, diet and lifestyle adjustments. The key to effective wrinkle prevention is to start early."
Focus on protecting the skin in the morning and repairing it in the evening, the expert advised. One of the best ingredients for skin repair is retinol.

GETTYRebecca said: "For active skin renewal, retinol (or other vitamin A derivatives) are essential. Retinol accelerates cell turnover and stimulates collagen production."
Retinol can help speed up the process of shedding older skin cells revealing smoother and silkier skin. What's more, it can help unclog pores.
Wrinkles and fine lines are also reduced thanks to the increase in collagen production.
Cleveland Clinic said: "Studies show that topical retinoids can help treat acne, acne scars and stretch marks. It can give your skin a fresher, plump appearance."
To go with retinol, Rebecca advised using products containing peptides that support skin repair and elasticity.
Using peptides in your skin care routine may give your body the chance to create more proteins.
Cleveland Clinic added: "Some studies have suggested that adding peptides can help to dampen down inflammation."
Rebecca said: "In the evening, prioritise repair and rejuvenation. Double cleanse if needed, followed by products that include active ingredients such as retinol or peptides. Then, finish with a hydrating moisturiser or overnight mask.
"Using the right amount is crucial as too much can cause irritation, while too little may not be effective."
The skin care expert advised using two to three drops of serum, a large pea-sized amount of moisturiser and at least half a teaspoon of sunscreen for the face.

GETTYResearch released by the National Library of Medicine illustrated the benefits of peptides and retinol.
It said: "The anti-ageing efficacy of the peptide complex [was shown in] a clinical study performed on normal, healthy volunteers.
"A total of 22 female volunteers with a mean age of 52.4 completed the study, and changes in their face and neck wrinkles were assessed. After two weeks of usage, all of the measured wrinkles were significantly improved.
"Retinoids are commonly known as biologically active anti-ageing molecules. Retinol stimulates fibroblasts to synthesise collagen fibres, improves skin elasticity and promotes angiogenesis. Some studies indicate that retinol also enhances the production of elastin fibres."
