Women can eat and drink their way to a beautiful complexion, according to one skin enthusiast
Enjoying a healthy diet does more for your body than simply keeping your weight in check.
A skin care expert who boasts beautiful skin shared the three ingredients she relies on for a "young, radiant" complexion.
Jen Jones, who owns Nevéll Skin, makes a skin-boosting juice of cabbage, pineapple and cinnamon.
Skin enthusiast Jen (@thejenjones) said on TikTok: "Jen, do you get Botox? I don't - I drink juice, baby."

While Jen revealed she may not rule out Botox - which works to reduce unwanted wrinkles - in the future, at the moment she relies on a strategic diet instead.
Telling fellow skin enthusiasts how to make her "wrinkle-reducing juice", she advised blending red cabbage and pineapple before adding cinnamon.
Jen said that red cabbage - sometimes known as purple cabbage - "helps with wrinkles and mature skin". It is high in vitamin A, "which helps the regrowth of your skin cells".
The expert continued: "Combining pineapple and [red] cabbage together is amazing for inflammation, amazing for your heart health and your digestion, and helps to keep your skin young and radiant.
Fibre-rich cabbage can help improve your digestive system and promote regular bowel movements, so Jen advised only juicing a little bit if you aren't used to it.
The health experts at Holland & Barrett confirmed the skin-boosting benefits of vitamin A, which both red cabbage and pineapple contain. They said: "Vitamin A's known to do a lot for the skin - from helping to prevent breakouts to promoting natural moisturising, it's responsible for a lot.
"In fact, this essential nutrient plays such a big role in enabling our bodies to function and boosting skin health, that we actually happen to have it down as being one of the essentials for healthy skin."
They are also both rich in vitamin C, another skin-boosting vitamin. The experts stated: "Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant. It can help protect us from oxidative stress, a type of damage that can affect our cells, proteins and DNA.
"Looking for a beauty booster? Vitamin C plays an important role in stimulating the production of collagen in our skin, needed to give plumpness and elasticity to skin. Lack of vitamin C is also associated with dry skin and brittle hair."
As for cinnamon, according to an article published in the National Library of Medicine, cinnamon contains plant compounds known as polyphenols, such as cinnamic acid, cinnamaldehyde, and various flavonoids, which boast anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
While there is little research on the benefits of consuming cinnamon for skin health, in theory, a diet rich in antioxidants is beneficial for the skin as these combat free radicals.
