He is not the only musician to live near the star-studded Holland Park.
Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page owns a Grade I property next to the Angels singer.

Robbie planned glamorous renovations for the home, although has struggled with planning permission following disputes from his rockstar neighbour.
Plans included building a state-of-the-art gym, spa facilities and a swimming pool.
Robbie's Grade II property, named Woodland House, is a Queen Anne-style home which is thought to include nearly 50 rooms.
The mansion is based by Holland Park which offers some greenery in the busy city of London.
Holland Park is a popular spot for tourists to visit and it has more than 1,000 five-star reviews.
One visitor wrote: "Holland Park has to be one of the most gorgeous areas in central London, and its beauty is enhanced even more by wonderful spring weather.
"There are all kinds of attractions within Holland Park, with both the Japanese Gardens and the Dutch Garden being among them."
