It is no surprise so many people choose to settle down in Crouch End as it mixes the liveliness of London with plenty of open space to relax in.

It is also near to the famous entertainment venue Alexandra Palace.

The average house price in Crouch End is higher at £756,631, according to Rightmove.

Semi-detached properties were even more expensive, fetching around £1,331,312 over the last year.
