The spacious home had four reception rooms and five bedrooms as well as a private fishing lake.
It stands on 57 acres of land near Kewsick and has horse paddocks and a private wood.
Jason has stayed out of the public eye since leaving Take That in 2014.
Keswick is a scenic market town in England Lake District National Park.
It is equipped with boutique shops and local pubs and is nearby to the stunning walks of the Lake District.
"Keswick, situated between the huge bulk of Skiddaw and the gentle beauty of Derwentwater, has become the major centre for tourism in the northern Lake District," Visit Cumbria states.
"This pretty market town offers a wide range of attractions for visitors.
"[It has everything] from shops and restaurants to museums with a difference, and boating trips around lake Derwentwater."
