It has five bedrooms, an open plan living area and home recording studio.
It also has a roof terrace that is the size of a tennis court.
While many celebrities have bought properties in the British countryside, away from the hustle and bustle of a city, Dave opted for a central London home during the height of his fame.
His bandmate Annie Lennox also lived in London, owning a £12million five-storey mansion.
Covent Garden is a busy hub for shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
It is near Soho and the West End, with top shows and iconic museums just a stone's throw away.
The property was once lived in by Dave but has had several owners since.
It was listed in 2021 for £4.5million, which is much higher than average selling price.
