The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) told Britons: "The product presents a risk of choking as the toys contain a small part as received, which rattles inside of the product when shaken.
"When filled with water and squeezed, the small part can come out of the casing, presenting a choking hazard to young children.
"The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011. The products have been recalled from end users.

The recall notice by TK Maxx reiterated the risk posed by the product and told customers who have purchased it to "stop using it immediately".
Instead, they should return it to any TK Maxx or Homesense store (the product was also sold at Homesense).
