The 80 gram candle was sold as part of the Liberty Beauty Advent calendar and Britons may have received it as a gift this year.
Its description reads: "White decorative candle in glass jar with burgundy labelling, supplied in burgundy cardboard packaging. Housed in drawer three of the Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar 2024."
Anyone who has bought it should not light the candle and affected customers will be contacted by the retailer.
The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) said: "The product presents a risk of fire, cuts and burns as it is possible for the candle glass to crack or shatter while in use.
"The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005. The product has been recalled from end users."
Affected customers are told to get rid of the candle safely and they can get a full refund.
