Amazon shoppers were recently notified that a baby carrier has been rejected at the border due to a "serious risk of suffocation".

The carrier posed a significant risk to children who cannot yet support their own heads.

Britons who have ordered the product will not receive it, as it failed to meet the necessary safety requirements and has therefore been destroyed.
