The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) said: "The affected products present a risk of injuries as it has been identified that the bonding of the glass to the wall may fail. This could result in the glass falling and potentially injuring bystanders.
"The affected products do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005. The product has been recalled from end users.
"For further information, please access the B&Q recall site at the following link: https://www.diy.com/product-information/product-recall."
B&Q's notice reads: "A potential safety issue has been identified in relation to a batch of the below products.
"In some cases, the bonding of the glass to the wall rail may fail, leading to the glass falling and potentially injuring bystanders.
"If you have purchased one of these models during the time period above, please stop using it immediately and contact B&Q on the below helpline number for advice."

Affected customers can contact B&Q's Customer Services Helpline at 0300 303 4482 (UK) and 1800 946 327 (ROI), Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 8pm, Saturday between 9am and 5pm and Sunday between 10am and 4pm. B&Q thanked customers for their cooperation.
