John Lewis urgent recall as bedding could catch fire - 'stop using immediately'

Those who have bought any of the product codes should stop using them
John Lewis has given a serious warning for those who have bought mattress toppers.
Various products are faulty and poses a serious safety risk for consumers.
The items do not meet fire safety requirements which means they are a fire hazard.
This affects any items bought as far back as 2017 up until August 11, 2023.

Product Description: White mattress toppers
A John Lewis statement said: "John Lewis is recalling the above product due to results of routine testing finding it did not meet the fire safety requirements.
"This means there is a potential risk of a fire hazard, if the product is exposed to a naked flame."
Anyone who has bought any of the mattress toppers should stop using the product straight away.
It can be returned to any John Lewis & Partners store for a full refund.

"Package the item(s) up and return to your local John Lewis & Partners for a full refund.
