Lifestyle plays a huge part in how your skin looks so making healthy choices is key for a youthful glow in later years.

They said: "Our skin is a good monitor for what’s going on inside our body. When we’re stressed out, or not sleeping well, it usually shows on our skin, with a greyish dull tinge, dark circles and sometimes breakouts too."
"Prioritise a healthy lifestyle and your skin will start to perk up," the experts advised.
While it may be easier said than done, Britons should aim to cut down on stress and get a good night's sleep consistently if they want to achieve their best skin.
"Avoid stress, cigarette smoke and processed food, instead find ways to de-stress like exercise, meditation or yoga and aim for eight hours sleep a night," the experts continued.
When it comes to diet, it is wise to avoid processed meals and instead opt for foods packed with vitamins. Britons should prioritise getting their five-a-day.
The experts said: "Fruit and vegetables are full of antioxidants which are great for skin health and for your organs too. Aim to eat a rainbow of different colours and at least five servings per day."
Vegetables are particularly nutrient-dense and ones like leafy greens, broccoli and tomatoes can give people a boost of vitamin C.
Vitamin C helps to promote the production of collagen, which improves the elasticity of the skin. This contributes to a youthful appearance.
This comes as a doctor listed the best foods packed with vitamin C that can be used to help rejuvenate your skin.
Vitamin C is also a key ingredient in a lot of skin care products. It can have similar benefits when used externally on the skin, specifically when used in a serum, the experts claimed.

They added: "Adding a vitamin C serum to your skin care routine can help achieve a radiant look while penetrating the skin’s surface layers.
"This helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles [and it] boosts the skin’s radiant appearance and reveals brighter, younger-looking skin.
"You can add vitamin C at any point in your routine, but the serum stage is always a good place to use more active ingredients, as skin is already cleansed and prepped."
