A woman shared her hacks for looking much younger than she is

Maxine Booth looks years younger at 52 and credits three hacks in particular for glowing skin.

While genetics play a big part in the appearance of the skin, Maxine shared some things anyone can do to look younger.

There are three hacks she uses for flawless skin - drinking a lot of water, cleansing her skin and wearing sunscreen daily.

Drinking water helps to keep the skin hydrated and maintain the skin's elasticity.

Skin that has high elasticity appears tighter and is less likely to look as if it is hanging loose.

Well-hydrated skin appears plump which means wrinkles and fine lines are less obvious.

Maxine added she "always washes and cleanses her skin morning and evening before putting anything else on her skin".

A good cleanser removes impurities from the skin, helping it look fresh and healthy.

The model and presenter explained this a non-negotiable step she follows twice daily.

Another key step is to "protect the skin from harmful UV lights at all times"; therefore, she wears "sunscreen under her makeup every day".

UV rays are harmful to the skin and can cause early signs of ageing.

Britons can protect from this by wearing a good SPF, even on cloudy days.

As well as drinking water and a good skin care routine, Maxine is a fan of using lymphatic drainage rolling machines.

These can help depuff the skin and body and she explained she will use it several times a week and has opened a lymphatic drainage studio MPA Rolling.

This comes as a 101-year-old doctor shared two tips for how to live longer.

He explained exercising regularly and having a positive attitude can impact longevity.
