Fifty-nine-year-old beauty influencer Vicky Derosa uses steam to enhance her natural glow.
She claims her routine only takes a few minutes and gives the face an instant rejuvenating glimmer.

The method involves placing a warm damp cloth on the skin to remove debris, impurities and makeup from the pores.
Not only does this cleanse the epidermis, but it also has a gentle exfoliating effect. What's more, opening the pores increases the absorption of products applied afterwards.
This will ultimately leave the skin feeling softer and the face looking more refreshed.
“I’m 59 years old and I do this every morning to get flawless skin,” said Vicky.
“Take a white hand towel, put really hot water on it. I just dump it into a bowl of hot water or put it under the sink and get it really hot.
“Just put it directly on your face, and lie there for a few minutes and you’re gonna let your pores open up.
“You’re gonna let your pores open up and you’re going to get your skin a little warm.”
After a few minutes pat the face dry with a clean and dry towel, before applying any cream or oil of your choice.
“Massage it gently into your skin,” Vicky continued. “You’re going to glisten, you’re going to glow like a goddess.”
In a recent clip, Vicky claimed she has maintained a radiant glow by applying yoghurt directly to the face.

“It turns out that this is one of the best things you can do for your face for lines for acne scars, for dark circles, for inflammation, for brightening the face, for anti-ageing," she declared in a clip.
“It works unbelievably if you actually want to find a way to get rid of fine lines, get rid of the dark circles under the eyes, [or] if you wake and you’ve got some sunburn.”
For the best results, cleanse your skin and leave the yoghurt on for 10 to 15 minutes in a thick layer before removing it with warm water.
