The right skin care routine can help hydrate the skin, reduce signs of ageing and improve overall complexion.
Following a rule of three will ensure you get the most out of your routine, founder of Sphagnum De-Lux Lisa Kavanagh said.

She continued: "The skin around the eyes is one of the thinnest across the body which is why it’s essential to regularly use cream or serum.
"Not taking care of the skin around the eyes can cause wrinkles, bags and sagging."
Lisa warned of the common skin care mistake many people make every day that "causes accelerated ageing and skin damage".
