She protects herself by wearing a strong SPF and avoiding the sun as much as possible, as UV rays can be harmful and ageing on the skin.

The former model and dog rescuer added she puts minimal make-up on her skin which is sure to benefit her.

Not only can heavy make-up look ageing, but wearing make-up can clog the skin and make it appear duller.

"Wear factor 50 SPF or, better still, don’t put face/neck in the sun," Victoria advised.

"Wear less make-up. Keep make-up looking fresh and not over the top or too much.

"In my 20s, in the 90s, I used to wear full Pamela Anderson make-up.

"Now I wear way less makeup up which I feel looks fresher and more youthful."

The 52-year-old spoke of her diet and explained she believes eating plant-based has contributed to her appearance.

She continued: "Embracing a vegan lifestyle not only feels wonderful, I feel it also contributes to a youthful glow, making you look and feel fantastic inside and out!”

Victoria is careful with what she puts into and on her body, but a positive attitude could also be the secret to looking years younger.

She continued: "Being kind and nice in general I feel keeps us looking younger. I’ve noticed those who are not so kind to others tend to look older and strained in the face.

"Be kind and laugh more. Don’t take yourself so seriously. Life is short be spontaneous and fun."

As well as her lifestyle habits, Victoria will use treatments including hydration injections and facials.

Victoria said it is good to carry some curves, but she will still exercise regularly by walking her eight rescue dogs.

She added: "Stay curvy. As we age it’s better to not be too skinny as I feel this can be ageing."
