While ageing is perfectly natural, many women want to reverse the clock - and there are plenty of ways to do it. One woman believes that a change in energy can do the trick.
Women over 50 can look younger by applying protective skin care product daily, but they were warned they "need to start right away".
Ladies can also shave years off by avoiding makeup habit that makes the skin dry - "there's nothing more ageing".
But relationship and dating coach Claire Dore told GB News that looking young is all about positive energy.
"Mum are you ageing backwards?"

She said: "It’s all to do with energy. I am 50 and feel and look younger than ever.
"I navigated an awakening at 47 and left my 21-year-long relationship. I shedded so much emotional c*** and this has had a dramatic impact on my energy."
Not only is Claire feeling better but she looks younger too. She revealed: "My son said to me recently, 'Mum are you ageing backwards?'."
The mum suggested that women can become more youthful by getting rid of negative energy.
She said: "For me it’s all to do with releasing the emotional baggage we are unconsciously holding allowing yourself to embody all of who you are and making sure you do the things you love - make the things that make you feel good a priority."
Transforming your energy is something you can work on alone or with a coach.
Claire said: "I invested in my own personal development and was working with a coach one to one.
"My tip to anyone looking to start on this journey is to express your thoughts and feelings, whether you choose to work with a coach like me or simply invest in a journal and take space daily to write this out.

There is something to be said for the idea that harnessing positive energy is an anti-ageing tool.
According to a study published in the National Library of Medicine, "stress can biologically age you, but the effect isn't permanent".
The study read: "We become biologically older when our bodies are under stress, but younger again when we recover, according to a study that analysed people's DNA when they had emergency hip surgery, had severe Covid or were pregnant."
