“Over the years, scalp care has helped me grow my hair out super long. I do daily scalp massages for about five to 10 minutes."
The hair enthusiast specifically uses a scalp massager that emits red light, known for its numerous benefits.
“Just remember you can’t expect overnight results," she said. "Be consistent over several months and remember hair care is self-care.”
According to WebMD, red light therapy is a treatment that may help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of your body.
The health body states: “It uses low levels of red light to target your skin and cells.
"It is thought to work by increasing the production of mitochondria, your cells’ energy sources.
"This may improve cell function and repair.”
