While there are countless ways to achieve salon-quality hair, prioritising scalp care is essential for growth.
A hair care enthusiast has touted scalp massages as a game-changer for those seeking longer, thicker locks.
The technique works by increasing blood flow to hair follicles, providing them with essential oxygen and nutrients needed for growth.
Zineb, who shares hair hacks on TikTok, explained that massages were extremely helpful in promoting her hair growth.

The influencer declared in the caption of a recent clip: “I do this every night and I’m telling you - the hair growth is insane!!!”
Zineb broke down the details of her routine, explaining that the process is most effective when paired with two scalp serums.
“When you’re scalp massaging you’re increasing blood flow, and blood flow, is hair growth,” she explained.
“I get a sandalwood scalp comb and just go to town. I’m currently doing it right now while watching TV. I’ve been doing it for 40 minutes.
“I’ve been hair oiling for 10 years, but I can tell you right now that scalp massaging is the most effective way to grow your hair."
Rosemary oil is a popular choice for those trying to improve their hair.
Zineb emphasised that scalp massaging should be the foundation of a hair care routine.
This can followed by the application of hair oil and scalp serum while stressing the importance of consistently stimulating the scalp.
