Scalp stimulation may be the key to impressive hair growth
There are thousands of ways to achieve salon-quality hair, but the importance of scalp care cannot be overstated.
Massages are particularly beneficial because they enhance blood flow, providing hair follicles with oxygen and nutrients.
An influencer with exceptionally long and healthy hair claims this stimulation was key to her impressive hair growth.
Phoebe Kate Williams claimed that repeating scalp massages five times a day is the most budget-friendly hack around for hair growth.

A recent clip of the influencer was captioned: “The cheapest hair hack I could ever give you as someone who has worked for years to get hair like this [is] to do a scalp massage five times a day.”
The video playing in the background showed Phoebe plaiting her hip-length hair.
Kashish Golani, the founder of Ovviovita, told GB News that the benefits of scalp massages are wide-ranging.
“Daily scalp stimulation is a way to increase blood flow to your follicles and stimulate them to boost hair growth during the anagen phase.
“Stimulating the scalp every day for five to 10 minutes without oil and once a week with oil can really help rejuvenate the follicles and thicken hair.
“[Targeting] the marma points during the scalp massage is also very important to stimulate growth.”
According to Healthline, the marma points are specific anatomical locations on the body through which energy flows.
It is common practice to focus on these areas in Ayurvedic massage practices.
Chris Wenzel, a hair stylist, warns that while massages are beneficial, it's important not to be too rough.
In fact, when it comes to scalp stimulation, the expert insists that less is more.
