Agnieszka said: “Schedule regular trims every six to eight weeks to remove split ends and prevent them from travelling up the hair shaft.
"If left alone, this can cause breakage and make your hair look thin and unhealthy.”
What you eat and drink can greatly affect how to hair looks. Drinking plenty of water can make hair glow from within.
The expert added: “Hydration is vital for maintaining hair elasticity, preventing breakage, and fostering a healthy scalp.
"Aim for around eight glasses a day to keep your body and your mane hydrated.
"For your hair, regular cleansing and deep conditioning are key.” Food is important, too.
Eating healthy, vitamin-rich meals can work wonders for how healthy the hair looks.
Agnieszka continued: “Nourish your hair from the inside out.
