Adding an array of flowers can work wonders for your garden. They provide colour, improve the soil, and attract pollinators, like bees and butterflies.
A gardener has shared a plant species he recommends Britons grow in their gardens.
George spoke on his YouTube channel George Jungle Garden about why he believes Euphorbias are an excellent choice in spring.
He said: "Euphorbias are varied and extremely adaptable, perfect for those tricky spots in our garden and changing climate as we go forward. They bring a great deal to the garden and are a fantastic, beautiful, and exotic-looking group of plants that can grow very easily in our UK gardens."

From the smallest Euphorbia to the largest, George recommended Euphorbia Myrsinites, "which looks spectacular even if there are a few nettles in and amongst them".
The gardener said: "Myrsinites are absolutely beautiful. It prefers sun, and I have it in a well-drained mix, and it grows perfectly well. It's a great performer, and its blue, cool leaves really add something to the garden.
"It's especially handy if you grow many arid and Mediterranean plants and are looking for filler plants. This one is a great choice for that."
Myrisinites do not require much water, making them easy to care for. They can also work well in little shade.
The expert recommended Euphorbia Wulfenii for gardeners seeking a mid-range-sized plant.
He explained: "It is probably one of the most famous and beautiful euphorbias you can grow here in the UK. This one is a slightly darker green but provides an acidic, vibrant colour that almost seems artificial.
"I really like using them in my garden to break up the different forms. Small euphorbias, such as Myrsinites, offer something a little different. This Euphorbia is highly recommended."
Wulfenii grows excellently against a fence and can "get up to a meter tall," so they are an "absolute gem" in your garden.

George's favourite Euphorbia, which takes the "crown" in his garden, is the "majestic Euphorbia John Phillips".
The YouTuber said: "This plant has it all: easy, vigorous, tough, reliable, and stunning. It is a plant that performs throughout the year."
The plant requires extensive maintenance, particularly if you have a smaller garden, as it "can continue growing until it forms a dome that is three metres high and wide".
George advised: "If you have a garden with limited space, it may require continual pruning to maintain its proportion."
