Experts at London rubbish removal company highlighted four planting hacks that could add one to two per cent each to the value of your home, boosting the overall home value by upwards of five per cent.
The average UK home costs £292,505, according to Halifax data released this month. So a five per cent boost could equate to around £14,600.

"A produce garden can attract buyers who value sustainability and self-sufficiency, adding around one to two per cent to property value."
