The major supermarket announced an exciting new change last month to promote healthy eating across the UK.

The supermarket set out to inspire shoppers by introducing the Salad Creations Bay, helping customers find all the ingredients they may need for a tasty meal.

A spokesperson for the store said: "From this week salad fans will be able to find a new fixture in the produce aisle allowing them to do just that.

"The bay will be divided into three sections offering shoppers the opportunity to select a base such as a lettuce and peashoot salad bag, a builder such as avocado, and a topper such as dressing or sweetcorn salsa to make their perfect salad."

As a base, shoppers can snap up a lettuce and pea shoot summer salad or sweetheart lettuce.

Tasty builder ingredients feature smokey shredded beetroot, extra large avocado, grated carrot and spring onions.

Top it off your salad with some pickled cucumber kimchi, sriracha honey dressing, coconut chilli and lime dressing, pickled pink slaw, chopped miso and orange and ginger dressing.
