Britons have spotted a new Cathedral City cheese launched in stores across the UK.
The new high-protein, half-fat cheese is available in a range of variations so there is something for everyone.
The range boasts an impressive 30g of protein per 100g and contains 50 per cent less fat than standard cheddar.
Despite these changes, Cathedral City assures customers that the cheese maintains its renowned flavour and quality.

Available in block, sliced, grated, and mini formats, the range offers versatility for various culinary needs and on-the-go snacking. They can be found in supermarkets including Sainsbury's. The minis are currently available at the supermarket on Nectar card prices for £1.65, while the blocks are on offer for £3.
Cathedral City senior brand manager Abi Armson said: "We are excited to introduce our new High Protein, half fat cheddar range to the market as we aim to become the leader in this area. We have applied all our expertise to this product to ensure you get the same great taste you would expect from a Cathedral Cityproduct.
“Our goal is to provide shoppers with high protein, half fat cheese options that do not sacrifice the taste and quality they love. This range is perfect for customers who want the joy and flavour of delicious cheddar with the additional benefits of naturally high protein and 50 per cent less fat allowing them to achieve their fitness goals.”
This comes as it launched new BITES which come in fun-sized packs, available at Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Amazon.
A post from the brand read: "Bag some BITES with this deliciously nutritious snack. Smooth and bite-sized mini cheese blocks, individually wrapped- perfect for lunch boxes! Available now @morrisons (selected stores)."
Shoppers commented on the new launch, with one simply saying "love", while another described it as "perfect".
This comes as Marks & Spencer also launched a new cheesy invention. M&S has introduced a new selection of offerings like Marmite-flavoured cheese products.
These are M&S Marmite Cheddar and Marmite Cheesecake.
