Asda has issued a recall for its Simple To Cook Asian Inspired Pork Belly Slices due to undeclared allergens that could pose a serious "health risk".
The supermarket chain announced that some packages may contain milk and sulphites, which are not listed on the product label.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) alerted Britons to the recall. It said: "If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents and/or a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide and/or sulphites, do not eat it."
The recall comes after it was discovered that some packs of the pork belly slices actually contain Asda Simple To Cook Tomato & Mozzarella Pork Meatballs instead.
