Britons have shared mixed opinions about the festive condiment

Britons have spotted the return of a Christmas-flavoured gravy and some people are excited to get their hands on it.

The Bisto Pigs In Blankets gravy is sold at Asda, Tesco and Ocado, among other retailers, and is available from £2.80.


The limited-edition product has been spotted on shelves in previous years and has returned for the 2024 festive period.

Its description reads: "We’ve got an exclusive festive blend for your holiday feast that will make it unforgettable.

Shoppers who have spotted the product headed to social media to share their opinion and it received mixed reviews.

One shopper bluntly wrote, "it's rank", while another agreed, stating, "this is really salty, personally I didn't like it".

A third added they had tried it with their partner and they had differing opinions. They said: "My partner likes it, I'm not so keen on it".

However, others were more positive. One said "please!" while two others said they "need" to try the product.

New products are always landing on shelves and there has been a huge number of Christmas additions in supermarkets recently.
