Hosting this year? If mulled wine isn't for everyone, wine experts have shared pairings for your festive meals.

They recommended matching a white - such as the "affordable yet sophisticated" Remastered Fiano - with your Christmas turkey.

A Christmas charcuterie board goes well with red wine, such as Shiraz. The experts suggested the Barossa Ink Shiraz, describing it as a "bold, generous wine with rich berry notes and hints of mocha... with a colour so deep, it's almost ink".
