'I need these!' Krispy Kreme announces 'your new favourite doughnuts' with eight additions to its menu and Britons can't wait

Britons are already excited to try the Cinnamon Swirl, Strawbery Sprinkles, White Marble Chocollata, Strawberry Sundae, Blueberry Bliss, Lemon Meringue Monster and Triple Choc Indulgence, taking to social media to share their excitement.

One Krispy Kreme fan said: "The white chocolate is amazing." To this, Krispy Kreme replied: "If heaven was a doughnut, right?"

Another said: "All sound amazing!" To this, the bakery company confirmed: "They really are."

Doughnut fans are buzzing to try the new sweet treats: "Now that looks irresistibly good! I need to get my hands on these!" Krispy Kreme replied that they are "too good to say no to".

A third said they were "spoilt for choice" and "need all of these right now". A social media user seconded this: "So many new doughnuts to try."

One doughnut dreamer said: "These look so good." They revealed they were dying to try the Cinnamon Swirl.

A caramel connoisseur said: "The Salted Caramel is the one!" To this, Krispy Kreme said: "There is no lie!"

5. Strawberry Sundae: A double filling of strawberry and creamy Kreme. Topped with a white chocolate drizzle
6. Blueberry Bliss: Hand-dipped in wild blueberry icing, topped with chewy blueberry bubbles and lychee-flavoured frosting
7. Lemon Meringue Monster: Hand-dipped in lemon icing and a scattering of meringue pieces for a fresh burst of zest
8. Triple Choc Indulgence: A devilishly delicious chocolate brownie Kreme filling, with a smooth glaze of chocolatey icing, topped with white chocolate curls

Others lamented the loss of the Lemon Meringue doughnut. One said: "So disappointing, when are we going to get the proper original Lemon Meringue back?" To this, Krispy Kreme answered: "We hear you! This is just the start! Make sure to try the new Lemon Meringue Monster. We hope it makes your list of new favourites."

Another seconded this: "Please bring back the original Lemon Meringue - not a day goes by that I don’t think about it." Krispy Kreme replied: "Although we haven't been able to match your lemon meringue dreams, the sweet lemony taste is captured perfectly in our new Lemon Meringue Monster!"

A social media post by Newfoodsuk about the eight new doughnuts has also garnered a lot of attention. It read: "New @krispykremeuk doughnuts have arrived, and we’ve already spotted them in Asda!"

One Asda shopper joked: "Why in the middle of my diet?" Another said: "I can vouch for the Cinnamon Swirl and the Salted Caramel Sensation."

A third tagged a fellow doughnut lover, stating: "Get us to Krispy Kreme!!"
