Britons can find the new sweets at various supermarkets

New products have been spotted at Asda, Tesco and B&M and customers have shared mixed reviews over the announcements.

The treats include new flavours of Jammie Dodgers, Squashies and Jelly Beans.

Cherry Cola Drumstick Squashies were spotted at Asda, with Newfoodsuk sharing the news and stating they "can't wait to try" them.

The post quickly gained more than 1,300 reactions on Facebook and the comments were inundated with shoppers looking to try the product.

One wrote, "they sound wonderful", while another said they "need to try these". A third confirmed "they are amazing".

A couple of shoppers were more sceptical, however. One said: "These look good! But then again, I thought the same about the rhubarb and custard. I really didn't like those ones."

A shopper disagreed with the flavour choice. They added: "No, not cherry. Needs to be vanilla and coke."

Another product that caught the attention of shoppers was the new Strawberry Jammie Dodgers, spotted at Tesco.

A customer commented "these are banging", while a second agreed, writing, "yummy". Others tagged their friends and said they could not wait to try.

A third added, "I'll not be walking, I'll be running", while one more wrote, "these are so good". Another new Swizzels product was found in B&M as the sweet manufacturer launched Love Heart flavour Jelly Beans.

Like the other posts, this was bombarded with comments and many shoppers were delighted with the discovery.

One Briton penned "my favourite" and others asked their friends to look out for the sweet flavour.

However, others questioned if they would "really taste like Love Hearts", and one who had tried them said they are "nothing special, they taste like standard cheap Jelly Beans, disappointing".

Another added: "I was disappointed as I thought all the Jelly Beans would be marked with kiss me, hug me etc like the sweets are."
