The vegan products will launch in less than two weeks

Aldi is set to launch its largest-ever vegan range for Veganuary 2025, with prices starting from just £1.49.

The supermarket's expanded Plant Menu collection will hit stores on December 30, offering shoppers a huge selection of plant-based options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The new range aims to cater to both fully plant-based customers and those looking to make occasional meat-free swaps in their diet.

With an extensive variety of new and returning products, Aldi's latest vegan offering provides affordable options for those participating in Veganuary or simply looking to try something new.

Among the standout new products is the Plant Menu Kimchi Kofta, priced at £1.99, which offers a unique high-fibre option contributing to good gut health.

The supermarket is also introducing Plant Menu Tempura Frickles at £1.99, following the trending #friedpickles on social media. These deep-fried pickled gherkin chips come in a golden tempura batter and pair perfectly with dill mayo.

A new addition is the Plant Menu Plant Based Egg for £2.49, a liquid whole egg replacer enriched with vitamins D and B12. It can be used for scrambling, baking, or making omelettes, suitable for oven, pan, or microwave cooking.

A returning favourite from January 2024 is Aldi's Plant Menu No Smoked Salmon, priced at £2.99. Each delicate slice is smoked over beechwood to recreate the distinctive taste and texture of traditional smoked salmon.

The supermarket is also introducing new Plant Menu Meal Kits at £2.99, featuring diverse flavours including Keema No Beef with marinated vegan mince and golden garlic naan bread.

Other meal kit options include the BBQ No Pork and Pulled Hoisin No Duck varieties, expanding the range of convenient plant-based dinner solutions.

For protein-conscious customers, Aldi's range includes Plant Menu Gut Health No Chicken Smash Burgers at £1.99, available in Tex Mex, BBQ, and Chargrilled varieties.

Additional high-protein options include the new No Chicken & Black Pepper Sausages and Salt & Pepper No Chicken Kebabs, both priced at £1.99.

The supermarket's vegan cheese selection returns with the Plant Menu Vegan Cheese Continental Selection at £1.99, featuring Notzarella Grated, Italian Style Grated, Greek Style Block, and Baking Bert varieties.
