Aldi customers were overjoyed that they can purchase Ballycastle Raspberry Ripple Country Cream once again, with one shopper telling Instagram: "I need this in my life."
Another social media user said: "Picked up a bottle this week been waiting to try it just not on a school night." Another added: "I'm glad this is back, I got a bottle earlier."

Ingredients (serves one person)
- 70ml Raspberry Country Cream
- 25ml Stefanoff Vodka
- 20ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 50g Fresh Raspberries
- Ice cubes
- Raspberries and orange rind to decorate
Method
- Mash the raspberries together with the fresh orange juice, then put the pulp through a strainer, ensuring you discard the seeds. Once pureed, put to one side.
- Add the country cream and the vodka to a cocktail shaker with some ice and give it a good shake.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass then add the raspberry puree in a swirling pattern. Decorate with raspberries and orange rind to serve.
