An urgent recall warning has been shared due to the potential safety risk.
The food product is sold in John Lewis and at Hotel Chocolat stores.

Lot number 23205, 23206, and 23207
Best before January 2024
The product is packaged in a glass flask with a cork stopper.
Items with the above lot numbers sold between September 1 and 26 are affected.
The Food Standard Agency said: "This product may contain pieces of glass which makes it unsafe to eat."
A statement added: "If you have purchased or collected this product... please return any remaining product/packaging or proof of purchase to your nearest Hotel Chocolat store where we will issue you with a full refund or exchange.
"The Lot Number can be found on the packaging tag next to the Best Before End date.
"If you have purchased or collected this product from a John Lewis store or the John Lewis website between 1st September and 26th September with the affected Lot Number, please speak to John Lewis directly.
"We’re very sorry that it has been necessary to recall this product and for the inconvenience and concern caused.
"Please contact help@hotelchocolat.com for any additional support."
