Liz Long, 57, slimmed down, overcame health issues and boosted her energy levels after during her weight loss journey.
She shed a staggering 1st 7lb by switching up her diet plan.
Liz's love of food and a high stress job caused her to pile on the pounds.
After dealing with health struggles, Liz, from Buckinghamshire, decided to slim down with the help of The Fast 800 plan.
She changed her diet and improved her health

She said: "For as long as I can remember, I've struggled with food and digestion. It’s always been my Achilles heel in terms of health.
"In my 20s and 30s, I had stressful jobs, deadlines and long hours, and if I was working too hard, I’d have days where it felt like I had a stomach bug.
"I remember when I was working 19 hour days at a conference in my 30s in Stockholm. I was under a lot of pressure, and the stress caused my stomach to flare-up."
With more stress adding to her troubles with IBS, Liz decided to seek professional help.
The dieter continued: "I knew I had to speak to a GP about my IBS. She said that IBS is difficult to diagnose unless there is physical evidence of it, which I had.
"She was great and prescribed tablets called Colofac, which stop the colon going into spasm. Initially they worked brilliantly, however, I still wasn’t losing any weight.
"I’d read somewhere that when you have IBS, your body struggles to get everything it needs in terms of nutrients, so as a result, it holds on to everything – hence why people struggle to maintain a healthy weight.
"This made sense to me and I’m a big believer in ‘you are what you eat’. I decided to try the Mediterranean diet as I knew this was one of the healthiest diets in the world.
"Earlier this year, I joined The Fast 800 programme and totally overhauled my eating lifestyle. I had to train myself to become much more organised with my approach to food. It was rare for me to have a fully stocked fridge, but I started to plan my meals for the week and shop accordingly."
The Fast 800 focuses on healthy eating using a time-restricted diet method, intermittent fasting.
Following the plan worked for Liz as she noticed her weight drop and her symptoms ease.
She continued: "I noticed quite a significant improvement within a month and after around six weeks, I felt brave enough to try coming off my tablets.
"I had no flare up and no reaction and realised that the fresh, healthy food I was now eating was working for me – not just in terms of weight loss, but more importantly, for my IBS symptoms.

"I find that eating two meals a day suits my metabolism. I cut out sugar which I found surprisingly easy and I actually didn't realise that it was so inflammatory and was having such a negative effect on my gut.
"Generally, I find all the recipes on The Fast 800 calm my stomach, and I don’t find the meal plans restrictive at all. I can still have the odd glass of red wine as a treat.
"As a treat now, I’ll have Greek yoghurt with some nuts and cocoa and I might add a little maple syrup. I love prawns, fish, cottage cheese, peanut butter and because of this way of eating, I've shed 1.5 stone since the start of the year.
"I don’t suffer from IBS symptoms anymore and I’m much less bloated and more comfortable.
"I don’t experience any stomach gurgling, there’s no wind, no sickness in the morning, and I don’t have to worry about having to run to the toilet."
