Slimmer Linzi Hunter dropped from a size 24 to a healthy size 14 by changing her diet.
She had tried and failed many fad diets before finding the plan that worked for her.
What's more, the 60-year-old still managed to enjoy some of her favourite foods such as pizza and pancakes.
She said: “I've always struggled with my weight and over the years have tried just about every fad diet going. When I was 21 I had my stomach stapled and lost a huge amount of weight.

“I stayed around that weight for years, but in the space of four years lost both my parents and husband. That’s when the weight really started to pile on. I didn’t massively overeat but was eating all the wrong things.
“It was like I was in self-destruct mode and didn’t know how to stop. I became a hermit - I never left the house, ordered everything and didn’t want to go out or see anyone.
“My health was terrible - I’d suffered a couple of heart attacks and a minor stroke. Although I wasn’t told directly that my weight was causing me these problems, I knew it was playing a role."
Linzi knew it was time to make a change but struggled to stick to restrictive diets.
She signed up for a calorie-controlled plan Goal Plans by MuscleFood.
The plan offers healthy ready meals and snacks that Linzi could eat without depriving herself.
The slimmer also began walking to improve her health and burn calories.
She added: “The food is delicious and so easy to prepare. It’s delivered to my door, I can keep it in the fridge or freezer and simply cook when I’m ready.
“It’s really filling too - I don’t have to add anything to the meals and I certainly don’t feel like I’m missing out on foods I enjoy.
“Some days I’ll have protein pancakes with a tropical fruit pot for breakfast, protein Goats Cheese pizza for lunch then a tasty paella for dinner. That’s not your usual kind of diet food but it works.

"At the same time I switched to this plan, I started walking. In the past, I’d done lengthy hikes across the Yorkshire Moors and with a nature reserve close to home I found this the ideal place to start to become more active.
“The first time I walked to the entrance, the next time I did a lap and kept adding laps on. I now walk twice a day, covering around 5km each time.
“The more I walk and the more weight I lose, the better I feel. Mentally I’m in a much better place and physically I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been.”
The plan helped Linzi drop from 15 stone to 11st 7lb.
She added: "For anyone else struggling to lose weight and being unsure where to start, my advice is that if I can do it, anyone can.
“Take that first step by changing your diet then start moving. That could be a short walk or lifting a tin of beans. Whatever works for you. Once you get started, you’ll be on your way to a better version of yourself.”
