"If you want to lose weight and you don't want to suffer, there are small changes you can make in your daily routine," Sara explained.
She shared a few practical lifestyle tips to help followers achieve their weight loss goals, focussing on sustainable habits rather than restrictive dieting.
Conde's first tip is to drink water before eating. She advised: "Drink some water before you eat. Most of the time you're not hungry, you're just thirsty."
Her next recommendation was to use smaller dinnerware to control portions.
"Stop using plates the size of a satellite dish," she said. "And you wonder why you're overeating? Use a smaller plate."
Eating slowly is another key hack she promoted as it helps the body register fullness cues.
"Slow down when you're eating your food," said Sara. "If you inhale your food like a vacuum, you're not giving enough time to your stomach to tell your brain that you're done eating."
Sara also strongly advised against consuming calories through drinking, noting that a fancy order from Starbucks is "basically a dessert in a cup".
As an alternative, she suggested alternatives like black coffee or water.
"You need to switch to low-calorie drinks or at least cut back on how often you have them," she said. "Stop resorting to food when you're bored. Do literally anything else, but eat."

Instead of mindless snacking, Sara recommended proper meals with nutritional value.
"You need to stop snacking and eat a real meal, something with protein and fibre, and healthy fats," she explained.
Incorporating more movement into daily routines is another simple hack to help people reach their goals.
"If you can drive somewhere in under two minutes, maybe you should walk," she suggested. "Try parking further away from the grocery store. Instead of taking the escalator, take the stairs."
Finally, the slimmer emphasised the importance of quality sleep to help dieters stay on track.
"Go to bed and get some good sleep, because if you're sleep deprived, you're going to want high-calorie and sugar foods," she noted. "Get some actual sleep and see how much easier it will be for you to resist sugary and high-calorie foods."
