Eggs are delicious and versatile, not to mention extremely nutritious and weight-loss-friendly.
A health educator specialising in weight loss said that eating them "guarantees" a reduction in belly fat.
Dr Eric Berg DC explained why slimmers should be incorporating eggs into their diet. He said: "Eggs have virtually no carbohydrates, which means they won't stimulate insulin.
"When a protein is low-carb, it triggers the opposing hormone to insulin - glucagon - and glucagon helps you burn fat."

The weight loss expert added that eggs are high in lecithin, which "breaks down fat" in the liver.
