Balance your diet for better health
The doctor said: "Eating a balanced diet with lean proteins, whole grains, and fibre-rich foods helps in weight management. Small changes, like reducing processed sugars and consuming healthy fats, can also impact abdominal fat."

Dr Glazebrook said: "Strength training boosts metabolism, increases muscle mass, and helps burn more calories, even at rest. Work with a trainer or use a structured plan to target abdominal fat through core-focused exercises."
Consider a tailored weight loss programme
