Tina, 51, dropped from 25st 6lb to 10st 11lb with the help of a diet plan change.
She transformed her relationship with food to help her to lose around 14 stone and improve her confidence.
Before turning her diet around, Tina would eat "everything and anything", filling up on foods such as chips, scones and takeaways.
Her fitness levels were low and the slimmer avoided having mirrors at home so she did not have to see her reflection.
She completely overhauled her diet
CAMBRIDGE WEIGHT PLAN
However, Tina's life changed for good after she signed up for the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.
When using the plan, dieters are teamed up with personal diet consultants who help them create a bespoke plan.
Slimmers can fill up on a range of Cambridge Diet Plan products as well as enjoy healthy meals.
And for Tina, this plan "just clicked". She explained it was easier to stick to than anything she had tried before and she managed to improve her relationship with food for good.
"After two weeks, I relaxed into it and let the plan work for me," she told GB News.
Now, the slimmer will fill up on healthy homecooked meals and she has upped her exercise regime.
Tina started to walk regularly and she now sees a personal trainer and does yoga.
The dieter added: "I've done a lot of walking. My main thing was trying to get the walks in because I'd have been breathless before.
"I just kept pushing my body and pushing myself to do this. Now, I'm doing water aerobics, I go to a PT twice a week and I'm doing yoga."
Tina has been inspired to create her own recipes and enjoys tucking into healthy homecooked meals including chicken curry, fish and Quorn spaghetti bolognese.
The 51-year-old added she can eat the foods she loves but tries to pick healthier versions and weighs her food so she can track how many calories she is consuming.
