Mary Faps - also known as Fitness Faps - took to TikTok to share the three strategies that worked for her on her short weight loss journey.
The slimmer (who goes by @maryxfaps on TikTok) spoke about the benefits of her daily walks.

She said: "I was walking every single day. I wasn't doing the 20,000-step challenge at this point, but I was walking at least 10,000 steps per day.
"We underestimate the power of walking - you will be snatched in no time. My midsection got snatched so quickly.
"When it comes to walking, I highly recommend doing at least 10,000 steps per day, it doesn't take that long."
She recommended breaking this up into manageable chunks such as two 45-minute walks per day.
Mary stressed the importance of staying "consistent" when starting a walking routine, aiming to go for strategic strolls every day.
But she told fellow slimmers that it's fine to have days where you are in a bit of a "slump" and don't manage to make it outside for a stroll, as long as you "get back on track" when you can.
