The YouTuber finally decided to pick a group of foods that she liked and could look forward to eating while being careful to portion her meals properly.
According to the YouTuber, her 10 biggest weight loss aids were:
- Oats
- Nuts or tbs of peanut butter
- Lean protein sources like turkey
- Cheese
- Greek yoghurt
- Popcorn
- Potatoes and other veggies
- Extra protein
- Eggs and egg whites
- Low-calorie yoghurt and low-calorie ice cream.
“Because I liked the food and I could stick to it while portioning it out helped me eat in a calorie deficit," explained Nicole.
