Weight loss may seem complicated but it doesn't need to be. A nutritionist shared a simple exercise tip slimmers can incorporate to see results - and you'll barely notice you're doing it.
Illa, also known as The Millenial Nutritionist, suggested that incorporating some simple extra movements into your day can make a big difference if you're looking to see a smaller number on the scales.
This can be as straightforward as adding 10 minutes to your daily walk, playing outside with your children or grandchildren, or doing extra chores around your home - activities that barely feel like exercise.
The expert said on YouTube: "When you exercise, you can eat more food, which gives you a lot more flexibility."
When it comes to exercise, it's about 'finding what you like to do and making sure you do it'

She explained that keeping active means you won't have to feel restricted when you go out for dinner or have a moment of weakness and want to enjoy a treat.
The expert continued: "This helps you continue your weight loss because you don't have to only eat a very low amount of calories. You're burning more calories, so you can eat more calories."
But this doesn't mean slimmers have to pay for an expensive gym membership to achieve weight loss success.
The Millenial Nutritionist advised: "It really means finding what you like to do and making sure you do it - but again, consistency, consistency, consistency is key."
This could mean regular walking, running, dancing or Pilates, for example, but for those who find it difficult to find time for exercise, easy extra movements can also be added throughout the day at no real inconvenience.
The expert recommended that slimmers get 10,000 steps in per day but acknowledged that this can be difficult for some, especially if they have sedentary jobs.
The Millenial Nutritionist advised slimmers to incorporate easy movements into their daily lives in and around their homes.
Adding 10 minutes or an extra lap to their daily dog walks, for example, can make a big difference.
Playing outside with children and grandchildren can also work wonders for the waistline, as can doing extra jobs around the house or reorganising a wardrobe.
She said: "All of this just keeps you moving and gets you more likely to burn more calories".

With working from home becoming the norm for so many, the expert stressed the importance of making a conscious effort to up your movements every day.
Sticking to your exercise and movement goals means you are "building muscle and burning a consistent amount of calories day to day".
Exercise also lowers stress levels, which in turn combats overeating.
