Maintaining consistency is key on a weight loss journey, as this is what helps you see steady progress over time. Those who do not remain consistent often fall off the wagon and back into bad habits.
Jeremy, who lost 11st 4lb in 18 months, took to YouTube to share three simple habits he adopted for slimming success. Following his own impressive transformation, he offered advice to others on a weight loss journey.
Speaking on his YouTube channel PB with J,Jeremy said: "At the beginning of my weight loss journey, I aimed to lose 1lb to 2lb a week. I consistently did this and was losing 8lb to 10lb a month.
"The key here is consistency. You do not have to overhaul your entire life in just one day. Instead, what you want to do is focus on simple healthy habits."

Jeremy decided to ditch sugary drinks, prioritise daily movement and elimiate needless calories.
The slimmer started swapping out high-calorie drinks for water. While tasty, these provide little to no nutritional value and are not satiating.
Jeremy said: "Things like swapping out your Coca-Cola for water can help."
The second habit Jeremy incorporated into his life was doing a small amount of exercise every day - even if it was just walking.
He advised slimmers: "Walk 20 minutes every single morning or during your lunch hour or after dinner."
If weight loss enthusiasts want to go one step further, they should focus on high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
These workouts entail doing intense activity for a short period (often 30 to 45 seconds), followed by small periods of rest (often 15 to 30 seconds).
Jeremy also cut excess calories. Offering some cooking advice, he told slimmers: "Remove things like a tablespoon of oil as it is typically 120 calories."
