'Burn calories and shed fat' by adding a daily habit into your routine

Burning more calories will lead to fat loss
Losing weight can be challenging and slimmers need to make sure they are not consuming more calories than they burn.
One way to do this is to make exercise part of your routine every day, an expert told GB News.
Exercise has many benefits for burning calories, losing fat and building muscle.
Luckily, it doesn't matter too much what type of workout you do, as long as you are moving, according to certified personal trainer and owner of Jack City Fitness Marshall Weber.
The expert told GB News: "Incorporate regular exercise into your routine.
"Whether one gravitates towards running, lifting weights or doing yoga, staying active not only burns calories, but also helps build muscle, boosting one’s overall energy burn."
The best way to workout is to find one you enjoy, as you will be more motivated to stick to it.
Dieters are more likely to give up on exercise that is too difficult or that becomes too repetitive, so Marshall also recommended getting a variety of workouts in.
He added: "Mixing things up is a great way to kickstart the metabolism and shed fat."
Our metabolisms help to regulate how quickly the body uses energy and exercise can often make this work harder.
Anything that gets the heart rate up will do this and weight training can be particularly effective as this builds muscle. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories your body will burn - even while you are resting.
Balanced Body education director Joy Puleo spoke more about the benefits of resistance training, especially during menopause.
The expert told GB News: "Strength training is key, so pick up the weights.
"Strength training is a necessity to keep muscle tone in primary powerful muscles (think quads, glutes, hamstrings, pecs, biceps, triceps, and shoulders).

Combining regular exercise with a balanced diet plan is the best way to burn fat and slim down.
A doctor shared five types of food everyone should eat to lose weight and one to avoid completely. She said whole grains, legumes, eggs, vegetables and healthy fats are all key parts of a healthy diet plan.
These foods are high in protein and fibre which helps dieters to feel satiated and ultimately eat fewer calories.
